Job Title: Finance Manager EU FBA

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our EU Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in reducing our cost to serve (CtS) and improving FBA inventory health through cost out initiatives and targeted fees.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a curious self-starter with a strong analytical background and the ability to deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for diving into opportunities to reduce CtS, improve CtS planning and reporting mechanisms, and influence the Inbound (IB) and inventory strategy through targeted fees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support IB and inventory strategy definition, including its monetization and any fee aimed to reduce CtS.
  • Support planning cycles to reflect cost out and IB/inventory strategy into plans.
  • Support cost out initiatives identification and development.
  • Provide trend and gap analysis versus plan, generating actionable insights.
  • Define, maintain, and develop performance metrics to increase controllership on inventory performances.
  • Assess business cases, performing ROI analysis to drive growth, profitability, and cost saving.
Requirements
  • Master degree in finance, business, or related field.
  • Substantial experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
  • Experience creating process improvements with automation.
  • Business acumen to partner well with senior business leaders.
  • Strong communicator.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA.
  • Knowledge of SQL/ETL.
  • Experience in Retail, FMCG, eCommerce, or Supply Chain.
