About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. As a key member of our Global Customer Service team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer success for our most strategic accounts in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management
    • Develop and execute account plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions and services
  • Customer Impact
    • Own customer planning, deployment, adoption, and account-level reviews
    • Develop and implement success plans to drive customer value and adoption
    • Partner with sales teams to identify expansion opportunities and ensure renewals
  • Partnership
    • Collaborate with post-sales teams to deliver professional services and support
    • Engage and coordinate customer delivery across Palo Alto Networks team members
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Requirements
  • 8+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role, managing high-touch, high-visibility post-sales engagements
  • Specialization in software product and service delivery to strategic customers with expertise in cloud security, DevSecOps, network security, or security operations
  • Proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for customers, including the ability to interact with C-suite through client teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth
  • Expertise in customer guidance throughout their journey, focusing on value realization, managing customer escalations, and balancing customer expectations
  • Fluent German speaking skills alongside English is required for this role
