Key Responsibilities- Account Management
- Develop and execute account plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions and services

- Own customer planning, deployment, adoption, and account-level reviews
- Develop and implement success plans to drive customer value and adoption
- Partner with sales teams to identify expansion opportunities and ensure renewals
- Partnership
- Collaborate with post-sales teams to deliver professional services and support
- Engage and coordinate customer delivery across Palo Alto Networks team members
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- 8+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role, managing high-touch, high-visibility post-sales engagements
- Specialization in software product and service delivery to strategic customers with expertise in cloud security, DevSecOps, network security, or security operations
- Proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for customers, including the ability to interact with C-suite through client teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth
- Expertise in customer guidance throughout their journey, focusing on value realization, managing customer escalations, and balancing customer expectations
- Fluent German speaking skills alongside English is required for this role
