About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at MEvents Cross Media GmbH. As a Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy and expanding our presence in the pharmaceutical industry.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our cutting-edge technical software solutions and top-tier conference IT and AV services to key stakeholders in the medical and pharma sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Manage complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management in the pharmaceutical or medical industry
  • Excellent technical understanding and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking
  • In-depth knowledge of contracting, negotiation, and industry-specific laws within the pharma sector
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both German and English
  • A strong network within the pharmaceutical industry
