Rapid7 is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to join our DACH sales team, responsible for driving new business growth in the region. As a key member of our EMEA sales organization, you will be a strategic partner to our clients, helping them achieve a more secure digital future.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the large enterprise space.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to position Rapid7's solutions effectively, meeting the needs of our clients.
- Stay up-to-date on competitor offerings, identifying strengths and weaknesses.
- Convert customer feedback into actionable strategies to drive new business and influence client decisions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Channel, Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless implementation and effective account growth.
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle sales in cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through prospecting, new business development, and sustainable growth of existing businesses.
- Business acumen, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Ability to learn, absorb, and adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
- Team player who works effectively as part of a high-performing team.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, assuming and driving their own business in the southern region of Germany with minimal local support.
- Tenacious and motivated individual, with a competitive personality, thriving in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings as needed.
- Fluency in German and English.
