The Intersnack Group GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a highly skilled Rollout Manager to drive the implementation of its Idea to Market strategy across the organization. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for leading the rollout of the ONE template, a business process and IT solution stack, across all countries and organizations within the Intersnack Group.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Rollout of the ONE Template: Drive the implementation of the ONE template across the group, ensuring a smooth transition to the defined ways of working.
- Support Local Implementation Teams: Provide guidance and support to local implementation teams to ensure the successful rollout of the ONE template.
- Facilitate Change Management: Act as an ambassador for the headquarter-based roll-out organization, facilitating change management between country-specific implementation teams and Group Process Owners.
- Identify and Resolve Issues: Quickly identify and resolve local issues to ensure a smooth transition to the live environment.
- Develop Functional Specifications: Create Functional Specifications from a business perspective to identify solutions bridging gaps in the application of the ONE template within the local organization.
- Enable Key Resources: Enable key resources within the local organization to support the implementation of the ONE template.
- Document Work: Document all work to project-defined standards within standard document templates and use tools such as JIRA and SharePoint to monitor actions, update documents, and manage workload.
- University Degree: University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Administration, or similar experience.
- Work Experience: Approximately 5 to 8 years of work experience in IT or (in-house) consulting, with FMCG (ideally food) experience being a must.
- Project Management Qualifications: Project Management qualifications, such as PMI or PRINCE2, would be desirable.
- Soft Skills: Proven experience in international template build and rollout projects for or in Idea to Market related topics, knowledge in Marketing, R&D, and Product Lifecycle Management process execution in a producing company, experience with business transformation/change management, and experience working at a multi-country organization.
- Hard Skills: Experience in leading the implementation of business processes in Marketing, New Product Introduction, Product Lifecycle Management, Product Information Management, Research & Development, and experience in writing Functional Specifications.
