Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for defining requirements and ensuring our software solutions meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with the Product Owner, agile product development team, and stakeholders to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Develop detailed business and functional requirements
  • Support the product development team throughout the development lifecycle
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings to refine requirements
  • Perform data analysis to support decision-making
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development team
  • Assist in project documentation and quality assurance activities
  • Support user acceptance testing and gather feedback from stakeholders

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of regulatory processes in the life sciences industry
  • Experience in software development and agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English, German language skills are a plus
