Customer Experience Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Experience team at Kia Europe. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of customer-centric strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to B2B Customer Experience activities, including project and portfolio management, data analysis, and reporting.
- Support the B2B CX Manager in the documentation and design of customer journeys and strategic guidelines.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating internal/external CX meetings, presentations, workshops, and conferences.
- Support the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks, best practices, market trends, competitor research, benchmarking, and innovative initiatives.
- Bachelor or Master student in Business Management, Economics, or Science Studies.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills, analytical and detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Office tools.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), additional European languages are a plus.
