Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive International Sales Manager to join our team in the European region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and establish relationships with new distributors in the DACH region and across Europe
  • Manage accounts, and report on status and plans
  • Support customer inquiries and requests
  • Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns
  • Introduce products to the distribution partners
  • Manage orders and coordinate with back-office teams
Requirements
  • Proven working experience in sales or marketing (2+ years)
  • Self-motivated work ethic
  • Service-oriented and independent working style
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Motivation to further develop and advance the company and sales structures
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and plan effectively
  • Strong communication skills in working with customers, suppliers, and teams
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and German
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office
  • Team spirit and willingness to learn and achieve
