Job Description

Job Title: Manager Risk und Compliance

Job Summary: Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Manager für unser Risk und Compliance Team. Du wirst gemeinsam mit unserem Team unsere Mandanten bei der Konzeption, Implementierung und Prüfung von Internen Kontrollsystemen, Risiko- oder Compliance Management Systemen unterstützen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du entwickelst zusammen mit unserem Risk und Compliance Team neue Lösungen und lotest neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten aus.
  • Du übernimmst Führungsverantwortung bei der Beratung und Prüfung von Management Systemen (CMS, RMS, IKS) internationaler Unternehmen.
  • Du baust Deine Expertenstellung bei der Umsetzung organisatorischer und prozessualer Anforderungen von Governance Systemen (z.B. Compliance, Risikomanagement) weiter aus.
  • Du arbeitest mit Experten des KPMG Netzwerks im internationalen Umfeld zusammen.
Dein Profil
  • (Senior) Manager (w/m/d) Risk und Compliance wirst Du bei uns mit einem abgeschlossenen Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschaften.
  • Du bringst 3 - 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Umfeld Governance, Risk und Compliance mit.
  • Deine Schwerpunkte liegen auf der Compliance-Beratung.
  • Du konntest bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement und Transformation sammeln.
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus.
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, Teammentalität sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise runden Deine Qualifikationen ab.
