Job Overview
As a key member of the Natixis team, the Associate Director - Technical Asset Management will play a crucial role in supporting the Asset Management and Investment Management teams. This position requires a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical asset management strategies to optimize portfolio performance
- Review and approve proposals for complex renovation and major refurbishment programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulations
- Manage construction works directly or through third-party consultants, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
- Provide technical support to Asset Managers in assessing physical integrity and mechanical, electrical, and public health operating systems of large or complex assets
- Conduct assessments for compliance with national environmental standards, sustainability, and other regulations
- Develop and implement technical and environmental policies and procedures to support the Investment and Asset Management teams
- Establish and manage relationships with development partners, contractors, consultants, and other suppliers
- Collaborate with the AEW Group to leverage best practices and systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree or Post Master's Degree in a relevant field
- Approximately 5-8 years of experience in technical real estate management, with a solid foundation in commercial real estate and construction law, building design, construction methodology, programming and costs, and engineering techniques and systems
- Demonstrable track record of leading and motivating third-party consultants and contractors to achieve project goals and objectives
