Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Young Talent Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of our young talent strategy, including:

  • Talent Management: You will work closely with our young talent team to identify and develop high-potential employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Project Management: You will assist in the coordination of projects related to young talent development, including the implementation of training programs and the development of learning materials.
  • Communication: You will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with our young talent team, including regular updates and progress reports.
  • Community Management: You will organize regular meetings and events with our young talent team, including training sessions and networking opportunities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with our young talent team and other stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: You will need to have strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of HR Systems: You will need to have knowledge of HR systems and processes, including recruitment, talent management, and performance management.
  • Education and Qualifications: You will need to have a degree in a relevant field, such as HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
