Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our systems, and leading our IT operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • IT Operations Management
    • Develop and implement IT operations standards and best practices
    • Manage IT outsourcing partners and vendors
    • Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage the IT operations team
    • Develop and implement team performance management
  • Project Management
    • Implement IAM across internal applications
    • Support the CIO in defining and implementing IT operations policies

Requirements

  • Education
    • University degree in business administration, finance, computer science, mathematics, or physics
  • Experience
    • Relevant professional experience in a financial institution or regulated environment
    • Experience in managing team members and leading IT operations teams
  • Skills
    • Excellent German and English language skills
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
    • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
