Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Agriculture location in Braunschweig, ensuring its success and growth.
  • Develop and implement personalized training programs to motivate and coordinate teams.
  • Provide expert advice and support to customers on plant cultivation, fertilization, and pest control.
  • Expand sales activities in Lower Saxony, identifying new opportunities and building relationships.
  • Lead the entire sales process from acquisition to contract closure and monitoring.
  • Organize customer events, product presentations, and training sessions to drive sales and growth.

Requirements:

  • Completed training in business or agriculture, with a strong passion for the industry.
  • Flexible working hours to accommodate the needs of the role.
  • Confident sales skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enjoy continuous learning and training, with a desire to grow and develop professionally.
