About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our CEO Office team in Berlin. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and operational projects that support our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Strategic Initiatives: Identify, conceptualize, and execute key priorities to advance our company's strategic objectives and cross-functional projects.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leaders: Work closely with our CEO and Executive Team to deliver tangible results from project conception through to implementation.
  • Lead Integration Efforts: Assume end-to-end responsibility for the successful integration of our acquisitions, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery.
  • Communicate Effectively: Serve as a liaison between our founders and various stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities.
  • Support Executive Team: Prepare key meetings, including board meetings and strategy offsites, to maximize executive efficiency.
  • Develop Strategic Documents: Assist in the development of business plans, financial models, pitch decks, and other strategic documents.
  • Conduct Market Analysis: Conduct market analyses and competitive research to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • 5-7 Years of Experience: Navigate challenging and fast-paced environments, preferably at a top-tier management consulting firm or investment bank (or equivalent).
  • Proven Track Record: Lead cross-functional projects or initiatives, ideally large-scale transformation or post-merger integration programs, involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Leadership Experience: First-hand experience leading small, high-performing teams (1-3 team members).
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate them into actionable insights; experience in quantitative modeling and analysis is a plus.
  • Results-Oriented: Strong bias towards action and results-oriented mindset, with a strategic plan to achieve objectives.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in use of G-Suite or MS-Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
