Role Summary
The Director of AMNOG Services is accountable to the German Market Access Lead. This position operates in a hybrid capacity, with a minimum expectation of office presence for half of the week. While full-time engagement is preferred, candidates seeking a minimum of 30 hours per week will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior leadership across various client accounts or specialized practice areas, ensuring strategic management of designated accounts.
- Innovate business expansion strategies and develop new service offerings.
- Lead the preparation of proposals, contracts, client presentations, and pricing strategies.
- Support the growth objectives of the business unit or service line.
- Recruit, train, and mentor junior staff members.
- Assist in formulating succession plans for junior team members.
- Guarantee the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of all services rendered.
- Contribute to the development of proposals and concept papers that effectively communicate service excellence and accurate budgeting.
- Oversee the development and review of study reports, scientific publications, abstracts, and posters.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the organization and inspire fellow employees through mentorship.
- Maintain chargeability requirements by providing project input and guidance.
- Consistently achieve the goals outlined in the Core Competencies, including client focus, business results, quality product delivery, quality improvement, and leadership modeling.
Qualifications
Experience & Educational Requirements:
- A postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of a master’s degree in a biomedical field (Pharmacy, Biology, Biomedicine, Virology, Medicine) with at least 8 years of practical experience.
- Exceptional medical writing capabilities and the ability to convey complex information clearly in presentations and discussions.
- Hands-on experience in market access is essential.
- Expertise in clinical trial methodology and clinical evidence assessment.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment that upholds high-quality standards and demands excellence.
