About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Controlling Team Lead to join our team.

As a Supply Chain Controlling Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic and operational supply chain support to the Executive Board and regions/legal entities
  • Group-wide controlling responsibility for production, logistics, quality, technology, and planning
  • Supporting and creating strategic planning for monthly forecasting and annual target setting
  • Leading international teams in planning, defining, and implementing strategic projects to increase efficiency across the Group
  • Developing the Group-wide management concept for the Supply Chain division
  • Managing digitalization projects and global process optimizations and standardizations
  • Leading a team of Supply Chain Controllers and promoting a cooperative and high-performance team culture
  • Supporting and challenging team members and identifying training and development needs

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Relevant experience in supply chain and production controlling in an industrial company
  • Leadership qualities demonstrated through professional and/or disciplinary management tasks
  • A successfully completed degree in business administration specializing in controlling, accounting, or comparable subjects
  • Experience and confidence in working with SAP and common IT tools
  • Fluent communication in German and English
  • Analytical thinking and a quick grasp
  • Solution- and goal-oriented work
  • Excellent team and communication skills, as well as a hands-on mentality
