Role Overview Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and articulate a comprehensive product strategy grounded in data-driven insights.
  • Develop, prioritize, and sustain the product backlog with an emphasis on data-informed decision-making.
  • Draft user stories to outline requirements for our machine learning engineering team.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to analyze user data and market trends, identifying areas for enhancement and innovation.
  • Facilitate and lead sprint meetings (planning, review, retrospective) to ensure effective teamwork.
  • Explore and define applications for machine learning within the context of our job portal.
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a product owner role or similar position related to machine learning or artificial intelligence.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and machine learning principles.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (such as JIRA, Confluence).
  • SCRUM Product Owner certification is a plus.
  • Proficient in German and possess excellent written and spoken English skills.
