As a key member of the limango IT team, you will have the opportunity to implement your insights and expertise to enhance our high-traffic, proprietary online platform serving multiple markets. Collaborating with our skilled and diverse development teams, you will refine and extend our PHP-based backend services, focusing on areas such as Operations (payment, logistics, and customer service tools), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Content Management Systems. You will engage with a modern technological framework, including cloud-based infrastructure, service-oriented architecture, and event-driven communication, utilizing Golang and PHP for backend services. Become an integral part of our agile teams, consisting of experienced Web Developers, dedicated Product Owners, and Scrum Masters.Key Responsibilities:
Act as the Entrepreneur in Residence for Insight Product, adept at crafting and validating business cases. Define the strategic roadmap for your designated product area, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Prioritize the product roadmap, define the backlog, and set sprint goals in collaboration with the development team. Take charge of requirements engineering, develop user stories, and maintain the product backlog while keeping customer and departmental needs at the forefront. Leverage your communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between business objectives and technological solutions. Desired Qualifications: Proven experience in delivering outstanding product and user experiences within an e-Commerce context. Strong knowledge of contemporary Product Management methodologies. Experience in a retail environment, ideally with insights into operating a marketplace business model. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. Proficiency in English, along with a proactive and solution-oriented approach, is essential. Ability to navigate complex environments and manage competing stakeholder interests with empathy and dedication. Familiarity with Jira and Confluence tools. Relevant Product Owner certifications (I, II, III - or Scrum Alliance) are a plus.What We Offer
