Your Role
We are seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the design of our PAYBACK App and digital interfaces. As a key member of our UX team, you will collaborate with colleagues to create user-centered designs that meet the needs of our 30 million+ users in Germany and 9 other countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop user stories, personas, storyboards, user flows, wireframes, and clickable prototypes for our digital products.
- Conduct user testing to validate design concepts and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation and handover.
- Participate in a global team of product managers, UX designers, and developers to drive design excellence.
- Align customer needs with business goals to deliver a superior user experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in User Experience Design for native mobile apps (iOS and Android).
- Proven track record of collaborating with international teams and fluent English language skills.
- Experience with design systems and UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe CC).
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and ability to manage complexity.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, with good German language skills a strong plus.
