Your Role

As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for collaborating with our UX team to design and develop our PAYBACK App and digital interfaces. Your work will have a significant impact on the user experience of over 30 million users in Germany and 9 other countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop user stories, personas, and storyboards to create engaging user experiences.
  • Develop user flows, wireframes, and clickable prototypes to visualize and test your ideas.
  • Collaborate with our development team to ensure seamless integration and a great end product.
  • Participate in user testing to validate your designs and gather feedback.
  • Work closely with our product managers to align customer needs and business goals.

Your Profile

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced UX Designer with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. If you have:

At least 5 years of experience in UX Design for native mobile apps (iOS and Android).Experience collaborating with international teams and fluent English language skills.A degree in Interaction Design, Information Design, Interface Design, Psychology, or a related field.A creative approach to design and a strong understanding of interaction design principles.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma and Adobe CC.Experience with design systems and a willingness to learn and adapt.
