We are seeking a committed Robot Operations Engineer to become a vital part of our dynamic team at Energy Robotics. As a pioneering startup in the autonomous mobile robotics sector, we are supported by leading venture capitalists and business angels. Your Responsibilities:
  • Engage daily with clients and internal teams to guarantee the effective operation of robots in the field.
  • Execute onsite trials, demonstrations, and deployments, including comprehensive training sessions.
  • Serve as the main liaison for clients, comprehending their requirements and assisting them with robot operations.
  • Deliver on-site assistance to diagnose and resolve client issues.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Showcase software and various robotic platforms to clients both remotely and in-person.
  • Provide technical support during client workshops, both online and offline.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with clients to monitor project advancements.
Your Qualifications:
  • Educational background in IT, Science, or Engineering.
  • Experience in IT, Industrial, or Field Service settings.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and effective people management skills.
  • Enthusiastic about technology and robotics.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
  • Proficiency in English and German.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Fluency in additional languages.
  • Experience with software development and command-line operating systems.
  • Understanding of mechatronics or robotics.
  • Industry knowledge in Chemical, Oil & Gas, or Energy sectors.
