About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Robotics Engineer to join our team at Energy Robotics. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful operation of our robots in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand and address their needs and challenges
  • Prepare and execute onsite trials, demos, and deployments, including training and support
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical expertise and support to enable their vision and support their day-to-day robot operation tasks
  • Provide onsite support to customers to identify and resolve issues, working closely with our technical operations and support teams
  • Demonstrate our ER software and robot platforms to customers remotely and onsite
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support during customer workshops
  • Lead regular customer meetings to track project vision and progress
Requirements
  • Technical background in IT, Science, or Engineering
  • Relevant working experience in IT, Industrial, or Field Service environments
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to manage both people and robots
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and approaches
  • Hands-on mentality and creative problem-solving approach
  • Personal interest in technology and robotics, with a focus on AI and IT topics
  • Ability to travel regularly in Germany and abroad
  • Excellent time-management and proactive communication skills
  • Dedicated, focused, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Fluency in English and German
