Marketing Coordinator Job Description

As a Marketing Coordinator at Movado Group, you will play a key role in implementing various marketing activities within Germany and Austria. You will work closely with the Brand Manager and Head of Marketing to contribute to building and strengthening the brand position in relevant markets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Brand Seasonal Assets:
    • Collaborate with global brand teams to ensure timely delivery of seasonal assets and share them with local teams.
    • Develop standard visuals using InDesign and/or Photoshop to meet local needs.
    • Approve locally created visuals according to brand guidelines.
  • Local Marketing Plans and Media Bookings in SAP:
    • Execute media bookings according to the marketing plan, owning the process from briefing to reporting.
    • Manage the do list of internal media designers.
    • Oversee accounting of all bookings in SAP, from creating Purchase Orders to allocating invoices.
  • VM Support, POS Management:
    • Translate and create bespoke VM directions, seasonal guidelines, and marketing trainings.
    • Own the display ordering process, manage stock levels, and handle orders.
    • Support in organizing press events, brand activities, and trade fairs.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communication or equivalent.
    • First proven experience in a similar position within an international environment.
    • Affinity for branded, fashionable, trendy, and luxury products (watches and jewelry).
    • Enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude and ability to work independently.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Solid knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Suite (Photoshop and InDesign).
    • SAP knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
    • Fluency in written and spoken business English and German.
