Your Role with Us:
  • As a specialist in innovative technologies such as cavity ring down spectrometers and sensors, you will serve as the primary contact for complex customer inquiries. You will manage specific requests and assist with repairs and calibrations.
  • Develop tailored solutions that effectively utilize both internal and external resources to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Facilitate opportunities to successful completion and support the sales team with technical and commercial inquiries.
  • Collaborate with sales to strategize activities and represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Assist sales at customer locations for pre-sales and post-sales activities across the EMEA & APAC regions.
  • Engage with marketing and cross-functional teams on stimulating projects within your area of expertise.
Qualifications We Seek:
  • A degree in Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering is essential for this position.
  • Strong understanding of process, measurement, and control technology.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial.
  • Exceptional communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and sales proficiency.
  • Dependability, initiative, commitment, and organizational abilities are your key strengths.
  • Basic knowledge of business administration is advantageous.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is required.
