Your Role:
  • As a specialist in advanced technologies such as cavity ring down spectrometers and sensors, you will serve as the primary contact for complex customer inquiries. You will address specific requests and assist with repairs and calibrations.
  • Develop tailored solutions that effectively utilize both internal and external resources to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Facilitate the successful closure of opportunities and support the sales team with technical and commercial inquiries.
  • Collaborate with sales to strategize activities and represent the company at industry trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Assist sales at customer locations for pre-sales and post-sales activities across the EMEA & APAC regions.
  • Engage with marketing and cross-functional teams on intriguing projects within your area of expertise.
Qualifications We Seek:
  • A degree in Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering is essential for this position.
  • Strong expertise in process, measurement, and control technology.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and sales proficiency.
  • Dependability, initiative, commitment, and organizational skills are your key strengths.
  • Basic understanding of business administration.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
