About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at Amprion. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating the construction of stations and overhead lines, and implementing exciting projects in our transmission network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project management for our network expansion projects, working closely with an interdisciplinary project team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Assume technical specialist project management, including coordination with internal interfaces and control of external service providers.
  • Manage project control, including scheduling, risk and budget management, as well as conducting quality and supplementary management.
  • Prepare planning and project documentation, performance specifications, and cost calculations.
Requirements
  • A degree in engineering, with specialization in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, construction, or surveying.
  • First-hand knowledge in one area of the transmission network, or willingness to familiarize with technical topics of the transmission network.
  • Experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project control and coordination.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to express yourself professionally.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Reliability, assertiveness, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Coordination skills, goal orientation, and independent work.
  • A driver's license for travel activities in the Amprion transmission network/transport network.
