Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Kundenprojektmanager to join our dynamic team at Techem. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing small customer projects, leading interdisciplinary project teams, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage small customer projects from start to finish
  • Lead interdisciplinary project teams and provide guidance and support
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Communicate project progress and results to customers
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in a field such as engineering, business, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Strong technical skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English is a plus
