Your Role
As a working student in the Risk Exposure Management (f/m/d) division, you will have an exceptional opportunity to delve into the operations of Eurex Clearing AG. The Risk Exposure Management team is chiefly responsible for overseeing the functional operations of internal clearing systems and monitoring the risk profiles of its clearing members. You will acquire invaluable experience as part of a vibrant team, merging academic theory with practical application. Your involvement in internal processes will expose you to a range of stimulating and challenging tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily risk exposure monitoring and operational activities Participate in various ongoing projects and research initiatives within the department, as well as in the optimization of operational processes Support internal data analysis and prepare presentations for the team Gain insights into the portfolio-based risk management framework and the distinctive Eurex Clearing Prisma methodology Analyze diverse derivative portfolios to aid in risk assessmentsYour Profile:
You are enrolled at a state-approved university for the duration of your internship, having completed at least four semesters in undergraduate studies focusing on economics, mathematics, or computer science You possess a keen interest in capital markets and a foundational understanding of the derivatives market You are a collaborative team player, confident in engaging with internal stakeholders and clients You demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential; knowledge of SQL, Python, and/or Power BI is advantageous You are fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in German is a plusWhy Choose Eurex Clearing AG?
