Business Analyst Einkauf: Process Optimization Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Department in optimizing Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor P2P processes and ensure compliance through Process Mining to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process enhancements.
  • Analyze procurement data to derive actionable insights and benchmarks.

Required Profile:

  • Degree in business, technical, or humanities field, or 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in procurement and process optimization, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets to drive business decisions.
  • Proficiency in IT tools like Teams, Office, and SAP to support business operations.
