About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Project Manager to join our team at Hermes. As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the project team in the implementation of new software systems, working closely with IT and customer service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the project team in the development and implementation of IT solutions
- Assist in the creation of management summaries, analyses, and decision-making documents for stakeholders
- Organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, and presentations, and create targeted reports and protocols
- Take ownership of smaller projects, clarify questions with subject matter experts, and bring them to a decision
- Support business process analysis, set up processes in Signavio, ensure optimization, and discuss them with IT developers
- Accompany change management in customer service as a basis for a successful rollout and support the conception and presentation of training and workshops or project-related content for colleagues
Requirements:
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- 1-2 years of experience as a junior project manager, preferably in the context of IT projects or customer service
- Basic knowledge of process analysis and optimization
- Excellent communication skills and team ability
- Hands-on mentality, high level of initiative, and independent working style
- Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
