Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to play a central role in the implementation of a comprehensive software project.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze all functional requirements in the Customer Service department and prepare them as a basis for implementation in a comprehensive software project.
- Conduct workshops to gather and optimize processes, ensuring a shared understanding among all stakeholders, identifying optimization opportunities, and clarifying open issues.
- Collaborate closely with departments and the IT department to ensure that requirements are aligned and correctly implemented in the IT system.
- Develop detailed requirement documents and specifications that serve as the basis for IT implementation.
- Develop a detailed authorization concept and define authorization structures, organizational units, and roles to ensure secure and correct access management in the CRM system.
- Experience in business analysis, preferably in the Customer Service area.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience in leading workshops and training sessions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of creating requirement documents and specifications.
- Understanding of service processes and experience working with IT departments.
- Team-oriented work style and ability to work in an agile environment.
