Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Support Manager B2C to join our team at Zentis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing key accounts, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts.
  • Business Development: Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Sales Support: Provide sales support to the sales team, including product information, market research, and competitor analysis.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identify trends, and provide insights to the sales team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Language: Fluent in German and English.
