B2C Sales Professional

Job Summary:
Vodafone Deutschland GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a B2C Sales Professional. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for representing the Vodafone brand and selling contracts for our entire product range to private customers nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the Vodafone brand: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote the Vodafone brand and its products.
- Sell contracts: Identify and pursue sales opportunities to sell contracts for our entire product range to private customers.
- Build and lead a team: Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop sales skills: Continuously develop and improve sales skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs.
- Meet sales targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience: Proven sales experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
- Driver's license: Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
