About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Drooms GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with decision-makers in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive acquisition of new customers and development of business relationships with key decision-makers
  • Sales of software solutions for handling confidential information, with a focus on the real estate industry
  • Account planning, strategic sales, support, and development of key accounts
  • Presentation, preparation, and follow-up of offers, contract negotiations, and conclusions at all levels
  • Existing customer care and meetings at industry events
  • Documentation of activities in our internal CRM system

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced sales professional with a proven track record in the entire sales cycle, from cold calling to closing deals. You should have at least 3 years of experience in selling software, SaaS solutions, ideally in the real estate industry. You should possess a hands-on mentality, high commitment, and motivation, with excellent persuasiveness and communication skills.
