Position Overview: The Senior Manager of Digital Commerce will spearhead the management of our online business initiatives, ensuring the growth and efficiency of our digital sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Direction: Formulate and implement comprehensive digital commerce strategies aimed at achieving organizational objectives and enhancing revenue streams.
- Client Relations: Cultivate and manage relationships with e-commerce partners, aligning joint business strategies with brand objectives.
- Team Leadership: Guide and develop a team of three professionals, promoting a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Platform Oversight: Supervise daily operations of e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal performance, user satisfaction, and security measures.
- Search Engine Optimization: Establish local SEO processes and governance, while supporting the execution of a global SEO strategy across multiple brands.
- Data Analysis: Leverage analytics to assess e-commerce performance, providing actionable insights for ongoing enhancement and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure seamless operations.
- Customer Experience Management: Guarantee a smooth and enjoyable online shopping journey, promptly addressing customer inquiries and issues.
- Financial Oversight: Develop and oversee the e-commerce budget, ensuring resource allocation maximizes return on investment.
- Innovation Monitoring: Stay informed on the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital commerce and platform management, with a proven history of driving online sales.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on talent development.
- Proficient in e-commerce technologies and web analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration across teams.
- Proven problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
