Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team as a technical leader. As a key member of our cross-functional product team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Software Development: Design and develop scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and other software engineers to deliver high-quality products and services.
  • Technical Vision: Contribute to the technical vision and strategy of the organization, aligned with product goals and customer needs.
  • Best Practices: Help establish and promote best practices for software development and delivery.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide technical insight for informed decision making.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of delivering high-quality products.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of strongly typed languages such as Java and TypeScript, strong understanding of software design, architecture, and best practices, experience of cloud infrastructure (AWS) and modern development practices.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, and commitment to continuous improvement.
