In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the management of vehicle transportation across the German market. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our logistics processes and expanding our operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the logistics team handling car transport operations within the German sector.
  • Coordinate daily transport and storage activities, collaborating with both external carriers and internal resources.
  • Address and resolve critical issues, including transport delays and storage limitations.
  • Drive our ambitious targets related to growth, cost efficiency, and lead times.
  • Engage in the acquisition of new carrier partners and lead high-level contract discussions.
  • Design and optimize logistics frameworks and processes to accommodate new business initiatives, focusing on cost reduction and improved lead times.
  • Report directly to the Director of Consumer Logistics for Europe.
Qualifications
  • Several years of relevant experience in logistics or within a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Initial experience in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple operational challenges under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Experience or strong interest in contract negotiations.
  • Robust analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex logistical challenges.
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English at the C1 level.
