POSITION OVERVIEW

IMMOWERT GmbH is seeking a dedicated Director of Financial Strategy to lead our financial initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will manage the funding processes for our Co-Living ventures, ensuring effective capital procurement and financial organization.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for our global Mezzanine and Debt Capital stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development of presentation materials and financial projections.
  • Direct project evaluations, interpret financial data, and work closely with both internal teams and external collaborators.
  • Formulate strategic concepts and enhance the internal structure of the organization.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Significant background in project financing, particularly within the real estate domain, emphasizing residential developments.
  • In-depth understanding of Mezzanine and Debt Capital, Financial Modeling, Due Diligence, and Presentation Skills.
  • Proven ability to lead a finance department and effectively incorporate external expertise.
  • Demonstrated success in capital acquisition methodologies and project development.
  • Established connections within Family Offices and alternative funding avenues.
