- Assist the customer service team in managing processes related to quotes, applications, contracts, and claims for both domestic and international clients in various industries
- Act as the primary contact for our clientele
- Support the sales team and management during the acquisition process and in the administration of existing accounts
- Completed training as an insurance and finance specialist or a similar qualification in the insurance field
- Several years of experience in the insurance sector with extensive knowledge across various domains
- Strong expertise in at least one specific insurance area
- Ability to independently and efficiently manage all administrative tasks related to contracts and claims
- Proficient in modern IT systems with excellent skills in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated commitment, motivation, resilience, and adaptability
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
