Associate Director

**Your mission**:

- Proactively source, screen and evaluate lower mid-market buyout fund investment opportunities.
- Lead the investment process and due diligence activities for private equity fund investments.
- Contribute to fundraising activities and support client relationship development.
- Monitor existing global private equity portfolio, provide investment updates and contribute to investor reports.
- Coach and mentor junior members of the investment team.

**Your profile**:

- Excellent academic credentials, university degree or similar.
- 5+ years of experience in primary private equity fund investments and/or direct private equity.
- Very strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Thorough project management experience and ability to manage various projects simultaneously.
- Strong English and German communications skills (both written and spoken).
- Proactive team player with passion for private equity and dedication to constant improvement.
