Wir suchen eine/n Human Resources Manager für unsere Niederlassung in Hamburg, Deutschland. Als Teil der internationalen Unternehmensgruppe Groupe ADF sind Sie verantwortlich für die operative Umsetzung der Personalpolitik und -praktiken.

Aufgaben und Verantwortungen
  • Sicherstellen der Anwendung der von der Geschäftsleitung festgelegten Regeln, Verfahren und Tools.
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung bei der Betreuung der Beziehungen zu Sozialpartnern sowie Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Besprechungen.
  • Unterstützung der Führungskräfte in Fragen des Arbeitsrechts, des Veränderungsmanagements und der Personalführung.
  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess: von der Bedarfsanalyse bis zur Integration neuer Mitarbeitender, einschließlich Bewerbungsmanagement und Vorstellungsgesprächen.
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung von Kompetenzen, der Schulung und der Karriereplanung.
  • Bearbeitung disziplinarischer und rechtlicher Vorgänge in Zusammenarbeit mit der Rechtsabteilung.
  • Erstellung von Berichten zu sozialen Indikatoren.
  • Teilnahme an den wöchentlichen internationalen HR-Steuerungsausschüssen (COPIL) und an wöchentlichen Sitzungen mit den operativen Teams.
  • Leitung oder Mitarbeit an bereichsübergreifenden HR-Projekten.
  • Führung des lokalen HR-Teams.
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement mit mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung in einer operativen HR-Position im Industriesektor.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen Arbeitsrecht und in der Sozialpartnerschaft.
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Recruiting sowie im Change Management.
  • Hervorragende zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, Organisationsfähigkeit und Dynamik.
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich. Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung in einem internationalen und multikulturellen Umfeld ist von Vorteil.
