About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as a System Administrator. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation and maintenance of hardware and software systems
  • Administration and technical support of our Microsoft-based system landscape
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of IT-based systems and services
  • Providing first-level support to users on site
  • Support and maintenance of our ERP system and connected systems and interfaces
  • Conception and implementation of IT security measures and continuous improvement of our IT landscape
  • Support for our telephone system and telecommunications devices

Requirements

  • Training in the IT sector or comparable training/studies with several years of professional experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows Server, Exchange, and Office, including macro creation and Windows client management
  • Experience in database administration (MySQL, MS SQL Server) and data warehousing
  • Good knowledge of German
  • Solution-oriented work approach and service mindset
  • High sense of responsibility and independent working style
