Job Title: Project Manager Power Device Development

As a Project Manager for Power Device Development, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional project teams to develop new IGBT, diode, and SiC MOSFET products. Your role will involve planning, controlling, and executing development projects, working closely with various Infineon sites worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute development projects for new power devices, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Maintain technical expertise in power electronics and semiconductor processing.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with 3 years in project leadership.
  • Strong technical understanding of power electronics and semiconductor processing.
  • Excellent communication and moderation skills, with fluency in English and German.
