Project Manager for High Voltage Product Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the development of our High Voltage product line in the Automotive/ATV division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the project execution and controlling of development projects for new IGBT, diode, and SiC MOSFET products.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning and Execution: Plan, control, and execute development projects for new IGBT, diode, and SiC MOSFET products, working in cooperation with various Infineon sites from Munich to USA and Malaysia.
- Team Leadership: Form, guide, and motivate cross-functional project teams, creating energy and commitment by explaining and providing opportunities for your team members.
- Project Management: Take on full project manager responsibilities, including overall project planning, development target alignments, resources, budget, and professional risk management.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as overall project manager, including the role as project owner of subordinate projects, and align cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain the overview and understanding of the technical background and interdependencies to proactively identify and solve complex challenges.
- Customer Interface: Consult and act as interface to internal and external customers (e.g., Applica).
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or similar fields, preferably with a PhD. At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry, with 3 years as a project leader, preferably in the area of chip development. A proactive mindset with strong communication and moderation skills to align between various stakeholders is essential. Excellent English skills are required, with German as a plus.
You will be responsible for managing complex project situations, including crisis situations, consolidating, and presenting project information. If you have a technical understanding of power electronic device physics, wafer technology development, and semiconductor processing, this is a great opportunity to apply your skills and expertise.
