Launcher Project Coordinator

We - MT Aerospace - are a prominent player in the aerospace sector, forming part of the OHB Space and Technology Group. As a distinguished international aerospace firm, we are engaged in the development, manufacturing, and testing of critical components for launcher initiatives, including Ariane and the Space Launch System (SLS), along with various commercial launch systems, aircraft fleets, spacecraft, satellites, and defense solutions. Our unique manufacturing technologies enable us to produce high-performance products from metal and fiber composites, such as substantial load-bearing structures and cryogenic tanks, lightweight frameworks, and fuel and pressure tanks that optimize performance while minimizing weight. Our expertise in additive manufacturing, CFRP, and hydrogen mobility has positioned us as a preferred partner beyond the aerospace industry.

Your Responsibilities

  • Centralized management of engineering, production development, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams.
  • Facilitation of regular client meetings concerning development, production, and configuration management.
  • Assistance with documentation and configuration management processes.
  • Representation of the project department in construction deviation committees and steering committees.
  • Involvement in the preparation of bids and requests for proposals.
  • Support for the procurement department in managing subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Creation of internal and external reports and project dashboards.
  • Representation of MT Aerospace in collaborative working groups.
  • Assistance with DTC activities and claims management.

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering (TU/FH) with a focus on mechanical engineering, preferably in aerospace engineering.
  • Experience in managing large and intricate project teams.
  • Familiarity with standard project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated system-oriented thinking and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Basic knowledge of French is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Teamcenter, and SAP.
