Your Responsibilities
  • Initiate, plan, and execute modern and advanced logistics projects closely aligned with order fulfillment
  • Define logistics strategies (e.g., layout or process) within the product generation framework (end-to-end planning)
  • Identify bottlenecks using KPIs, propose countermeasures, and monitor progress
  • Enhance existing processes through lean management techniques to optimize daily operations (e.g., KANBAN, 5S, etc.)
  • Specify logistics requirements for IT solutions and third-party logistics providers, ensuring alignment with stakeholders
Your Profile
  • Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in production/logistics planning, preferably within the automotive or industrial sectors
  • Proficient in project management (IPMA Level D/C), lean production, and process engineering/mining
  • IT proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project and SAP S4/HANA
  • A collaborative team player with a reliable and independent work ethic and a hands-on approach
  • Intrinsically motivated to develop innovative and unconventional concepts
  • Fluent in both German and English
