Your Responsibilities:- Recording, verifying, and posting incoming invoices (both domestic and international)
- Managing open items and reconciling creditor accounts
- Preparing statistical reports and facilitating internal communication with various departments
- Resolving discrepancies with suppliers
- Maintaining master data
Your Profile:You possess a completed commercial training and have at least 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable. Proficiency in SAP and knowledge of VAT regulations in accordance with legal requirements are desirable, as well as a good command of MS Office. In addition to strong teamwork skills and a high level of commitment, a structured, solution-oriented, and meticulous work style is essential, along with excellent German language skills and good English proficiency, both written and spoken.
