Account Payables Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Payables Specialist to join our team at Amplifon. As an Account Payables Specialist, you will be responsible for processing, account assignment, and booking of incoming invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, and preparing supplier payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and account for incoming invoices from direct and indirect suppliers
  • Reconcile supplier accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and process supplier payments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement new procedures

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent experience
  • First work experience in accounting or a related field
  • User knowledge of common accounting software, such as Oracle
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • IFRS/IAS knowledge is an advantage
  • Fluent German language skills and good English language skills
