Commercial Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Director to lead our commercial operations in South-West Germany. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, optimizing commercial performance, and developing strategic plans to achieve our company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the commercial operations of multiple eye clinics in South-West Germany, ensuring alignment with our company's policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, patient satisfaction levels, and financial indicators to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and achieve business objectives.
- Define performance objectives, offer support, conduct performance evaluations, and cultivate a positive work environment that promotes effective communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Country and local medical professionals to formulate regional strategic plans in alignment with our company's overarching goals.
- Identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities within the region, including the establishment of local add-on practices.
- Develop and execute effective marketing and promotional strategies to amplify patient volume and expand market share, working in close coordination with the marketing team.
- Monitor the financial performance of clinics, encompassing revenue, expenses, and profitability. Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost-control measures.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with local medical practitioners, facilitating their career progression and identifying opportunities for professional success.
- Provide regular comprehensive reports and updates to the Regional Director and Head of Country, offering insights into clinic performance, notable achievements, challenges, and actionable recommendations.
