Client Engagement Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Engagement Specialist to join our team at Dow Jones. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing all renewal aspects of our relationships with a defined set of customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a retention strategy for assigned strategic accounts
- Provide regular reports to management highlighting high-risk renewal accounts and strategies for turnaround
- Ensure customer training and product utilization through collaboration with internal teams
- Oversee the renewal lifecycle, from pricing to invoicing and client support
- Support new sales into existing accounts to maximize customer return on investment
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs
- Identify opportunities for increased revenue within assigned accounts and work with the sales team to pursue those opportunities
- Maintain accurate client records and communicate with clients via phone and email
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer engagement or sales
- Proficient in German and English
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google Drive
- Bachelor's degree preferred
